Let your child know what you appreciate about them. So I’ll do it here  Dear Caden, I think you are great at coming up with stories of animals that are super interesting and exciting. I appreciate how you are able to creatively come up with hybrid animals (T-Rex head, crocodile body, tiger legs) that shows your rich and wonderful imagination. Love Papa  One day when he has Instagram (if it’s still cool) he can see this post  If I can parallel this father-son relationship to a manager-staff one, the people around you at work would also “need a little help discovering their strengths and what their positive qualities are”. That’s why I love what I do. When I do a StrengthsFinder Workshop for an organization, we get to have these rich conversations on what your talents and strengths are.
