ARE YOU A JACK OF ALL TRADES BUT MASTER OF NONE? | The How To-s of Leadership Skills Of Great Teams

A leadership dilemma frequently surfaced by the leaders I coach is whether to encourage their people to be all-rounded or to be strengths-focused. An argument often raised is that a focus on strengths is overrated.

What leaders must recognise is that a wide range of talents exists within your team. As a leader, we should prioritise identifying the strengths of our people, and deploying them accordingly. Watch to find out how to identify what your talents are and how should focus and develop those things.
