Leadership Coach Reacts: Taju-didn't Just Become a PR Wreck! (Part 1)

Chaos erupted on a Monday evening (24 May 2021) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, when two light rail transit (LRT) trains collided head-on in an underground tunnel along the Kelana Jaya line. The collision resulted in 213 injuries, 47 of whom suffered serious injury.

What ensued was an appalling press conference held by then chairman of Prasarana Malaysia Bhd, Datuk Seri Tajuddin Abdul Rahman, who came under heavy criticism for his lack of empathy and professionalism in addressing the severity of the incident.

Catch @coachjasonho in this reaction video, where he breaks down this infamous press conference that saw Tajuddin's political career come crashing down.
