Today, his brands - Josh Leong, Heirloom and Palola are favoured by discerning buyers who enjoy Made-To-Order and Bespoke leather shoes. Each piece made completely by hand, lasted by hand, hand-welted, with hand-stitched outsoles, his Made-To-Order shoes start at S$2,200 and Bespoke shoes at S$4,900. 

Take a walk in the steps of Josh as he opens up what it means to be a craftsman in Singapore when the culture calls for instant gratification at the lowest cost.

I am on a mission to speak with people who love what they do. The ones who look forward to work because they have found a way to leverage their innate passions for the job.

In a world where only 2 out of 15 people look forward to work and the majority of the workforce lives with a TGIF (Thank God It's Friday) mindset - these are the Thank God It’s Monday people!
